2.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Deputy Minister for Health and Social Services.

2.2 The Deputy Minister agreed to provide details on the number of Welsh Ministers who have received specific training to help them deliver their legal responsibility to give ‘due regard’ to children’s rights when making decisions within their portfolios.

3       Scrutiny of the Children's Commissioner for Wales Annual Report 2018 - 19

3.1 The Committee scrutinised the Children’s Commissioner for Wales on the Annual report.

3.2 The Committee agreed to write to the Commissioner with the questions that were not reached during the evidence session.

3.3 The Committee agreed to write to the Minister for Economy and Transport to seek an update on the timescale for the publication of the refreshed Learner Travel guidance.
